I am used to openttd traffic light system,.. so I wonder why my trains when entering a station cannot choose another track if there is one train already on the station? Ive put the signals to one-way signals, but still the approaching train have to choose the very same track as the other train? This is regarding a 4 track station.

Hope for help!

For the moment Train Fever will work with only fixed paths. The system’s path finding will decide what it thinks is the best route. You have no direct control over it. Waypoints, to force a certain route, are announced, but alternative paths upon track occupation (eg in stations with occupide platforms) are not (yet?).

For the moment you can’t use multiple platforms for one single line, except in the case of the returning route of the same line. You can split opposite traffic with one way signals.
