1) previous and next button in the financial window. So we can see more than 4 years.

2) Have a financial graph window to see the company value on a graphic.

I also think that the game will be more realistic if the players could set trains speed limit zones. In addition to this maybe an option to add traffic lights for specific intersections would be also great.
