ParticipantWow, 2000 population! That’s pretty impressive Bencze.
My current city is only about half of that, but it’s only 1992 so far. It has one of my typical semi-sunken passenger stations towards the left side, plus I added a “freight yard” on the right. Yeah, all but two of the tracks are only decorative, but I like the look of it.

In terms of pure artsy-type screenshots, I always liked this one from my TGV experiments:

Edit: I wish that by the 1990’s at least, the industrial buildings wouldn’t put out quite as much grey smoke. The town screenies would look better.

ParticipantBencze, your city is huge! Klinn, beautifull screenshots!
My contribution then? The bus broke down, so the driver has parked it out of the way. 🙂

ParticipantJust a bit of update from the same, my layouts aren’t as precise though as I just do stuff don’t look at it from close distance. 🙂

Here’s the album…
Now I just need to start to make prettier tracks next game. I should do the train only achievement anyway.

ParticipantAmagaad, one of these days I’m going to learn how to put up pictures properly within the allowed edit time! Bad forum, bad… how do you do it, html tags like size to 100% or…?

ParticipantGreat looking city and an impressive rail infrastructure. Great job, nice pictures.
TIP: when you upload the images, specify a fixed width (I believe 1024 is the max). Your images may be bigger, but this forum limits the width (to again I believe 1024), and not the height, so they get stretched like mad. 😉
